'Flying the Flag' is a new book by OGAE (UK) member Andy Roberts which celebrates the United Kingdom’s golden anniversary association with the Eurovision Song Contest. Andy Roberts is a freelance journalist and writer and lives in Northampton, England with Alison and three boys, Zach, Jake and Harry. Aged 46, he is a press officer for Northamptonshire Police and for 16 years was a reporter and sub-editor on the Northampton Chronicle & Echo evening newspaper while contributing to a number of national newspapers. He is a long-standing fan of the Eurovision Song Contest and has been fortunate to attend 12 contests since 1995 in a working capacity.
