63 entries for Malta Hit Song Contest 2010. Organisers are very happy with the turnout as it equals the number of entries submitted in 2008 and just 4 entries short from last year's edition. We are now looking forward to hear the entries during the judging phase which will be held behind-closed-doors. A panel of music critics will pick the 15 finalists which will be promoted during CELEBRITY SUNDAYS starting from 10th January 2010. The finals of the Malta Hit Song Contest 2010 will be held on 30th April 2010 with all the 15 finalists.
10 foreign artists will take part in the final 'International' phase. All foreign artists who wish to represent their country in the annual contest need to apply through WAFA International Organisation - www.wafainternational.com.
