LEONTINE
- Leontine started
off her singing career as a backing
vocalist. Soon she moved to the
frontline as the main vocalist interpreting
some of the most popular tracks among the
Maltese festival lovers.
Nowadays she is considered as one of the top
local artists especially in the local
musical theatre scene. One of her
latest roles was Dolores (originally by
Whoopi Goldberg) in the popular Sister Act -
The Musical.

your dreams as a child? Did you ever wish to
become a singer or you thought of another
career?
I WANTED TO BECOME
AN AIR HOSTESS FIRST...THEN SINGER...AT 13 I
DECIDE TO BECOME A TEACHER AND GO ON STAGE
AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

father?
ON THE EXTERIOR: MUM

anonymous?

A PLACE WHERE PEACE,
HEALTH, SERENITY AND ALL THE PEOPLE YOU HOLD

5. What has been your greatest challenge
so far?
GETTING THROUGH 2 THYROID
GLAND OPERATIONS AND STILL BEING ABLE TO
SING!! THANKS TO MY SURGEON
AND HIS TEAM, MY WILL POWER AND ALL THE
SUPPORT FROM MY FAMILY
6. What was your funniest experience with
a fan?

7. Are you a shopaholic? If so, which
shops do you visit mostly?
ONLY IF I'M DOWN (NOT THAT MUCH REALLY)
....ANYWHERE HIP BUT WITH A GOOD BARGAIN!
8. What makes you angry?
VIOLENCE ON ANYONE OR ANYTHING AND PEOPLE
IGNORING ME.
9. A 'YES' you're sorry you have
said.....and a 'NO' you're proud you have

NOT SORRY FOR ANY YES BUT PROUD TO HAVING
SAID NO TO 2 TELESERIES (FILMING DONE THIS
SUMMER) IN ORDER TO SPEND TIME AT HOME, WITH
MY FAMILY AND TO RE-CHARGE MY BATTERY IN
ORDER TO BE READY FOR THE NEXT THEATRICAL
SEASON.
