Mauro Kitcher - Hailing from
San Gwann, Mauro was born on 15th April
1987. Mauro took part in several song
festivals including the Malta Song for
Europe 2007 with 'Unite'. His artistic
flair is not witnessed only during his live
performances on stage but also during his
daily job, as he is a hairdresser by
profession. He is into singing,
acting, dancing and also modelling. His
single 'Glamorous' is the theme of the local
modelling agency Glamorous Entertainment.

"I
was paralyzed for four months
following a tragic car accident" -

1. What were
your dreams as a child? Did you ever wish to
become a singer or you thought of another
career?
When I was a
child my dreams were to become a dentist or
a pilot but when I was 10 years old I
started singing and from that day onwards I
never looked back. Although singing is not
my full time job, I do it on part time
basis.
2. Are you more like your mother or your
father?
My mum says that I'm like my father but
depends on what. My character I think is
much more similar to my father.
3. Rich and famous .... or .... poor and
anonymous?
Rich and famous to help the poor people and
to try to show the best out of the anonymous
people. 4. What is
your idea of heaven?
This is interesting!!!! I think heaven
is a garden of angles all of them are
playing different instruments with some
mellow music in the background.
5. What has been your greatest challenge
so far?
My challenge so far should be that I
started walking again after being paralyzed
for four months following a tragic car
accident.
6. What was your funniest experience with
a fan?
Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!
This is a good one!!! There was a fan of
mine to whom I gave my autograph. While
speaking to each other we both realized that
we are actually cousins
7. Are you a shopaholic? If so, which
shops do you visit mostly?
Not at alllllllll!!!!!! Money problems...
hehehehe.... joking no I'm not a shopaholic
but I like buying clothes and things which I
need.
8. What makes you angry?
When someone ignores me when I am saying
something serious.
9. A 'YES' you're sorry you have
said.....and a 'NO' you're proud you have
said?
I'm proud of all the Yes's and No's that
I've said!!!!!!!!
10. Which
career do you see yourself doing apart from
the one you're already doing?
Apart from singing I see myself as a
hair dresser because that's my full time
job.
11. Which is
your favourite word....and least favourite?
My favorite word is I LOVE YOU and least
favourite is I HATE YOU.
